Nthabiseng Kganye is the best!

Nthabiseng Kganye at Game Boksburg (East Rand Mall). Super great and fantastic customer service!!!! She literally went out of her way to assist us. This was all done while she was still busy with another customer - she assured us that she will be with us as soon as she is done with the other customer. All the time while we were waiting, she kept on reassuring us that she will be with us as soon as she is done. The time we spent waiting does not matter because we were certain that we were being attended to and with that came the greatest customer service of all. The warmth and reassurance in her voice made us feel as though we were the only customers in the store! She is the best and one is tempted to ask for her by name next time I deal with anything concerning Game Boksburg. Thank you Nthabiseng. I saw that you had a 10-year service badge - I have no doubt that that 10-year service badge is loaded with a million customer compliments and great customer service stories.
