Now thats service
I had the pleasure of experiencing the awesome staff of Game (Mafikeng Mall) today. The majority of them were friendly and patient but the one who stood out the most was William whom I think was the security guard. He helped my friend and I in such a friendly manner and actually went the extra mile because we were bombarding him with questions. He remained calm the whole time and we actually received exactly what we wanted by the time we left the store. William clearly knows what the meaning of providing a service is. Kudos to him, and I hope he keeps up the awesome work ?
