not willing to help

I bought a new washing machine, which was broken, Game helped to get Defy to replace the washing machine twice as both machines were broken even when they were still new, I'm now without a washing machine for a month, Game told me I will need to take the machine back to the store myself to get a refund voucher to buy another machine from them, I'm not happy that they are not willing to help me be happy at all....
