Not what I expected

I was given a Canon 1200d camera as a Valentines gift. Turned out the camera was faulty. Upon returning it for an exchange (driving nearly 40kms) we were told that we must now drive to the Centurion branch to go and buy the camera there. No initial apology of any kind. The camera was not even checked to confirm problem. I explained that we were traveling some distance (from Lanseria) and I questioned whether this was their only solution... Manager \Mark"was called. The situation was explained"
