Not wanting to go the extra mile

Can I ask a question if black Friday was yester day my mother and I went into your game store Canal walk this morning 25 November 2017 bearing in mind we bought 3 flatscreen televisions, dishwasher, two fridges at game so I would assume we good customers. She really wanted the Empisal sewing machine that was on the floor advertised @R 999 today , when she wanted to purchase the machine the manager indicated full price applies as that price was for a customer who never came to fetch the machine for black friday. Now my question is if I had bought over 50 thousand rands worth of appliances at game why could the manager not make an exception by selling me that machine at that price or make me an offer.

I will not be purchasing anything further from Game, at least make a effort or try and help the customer she is extremely dissapointed, as she really wants that machine.

Can you guys not come up with WOW factor for a good customer.
