Not to buy Hisense washing machine From Game

I’m sooo gaatvol of Game stores Vosloorus and Hisense,,,,,, I purchased the Hisense washing machine at Game and ever since it’s been a nightmare with this machine … it’s not my 1st complain .,,,,always everytime I hv to complain ,, it’s been 3weeks without a washing machine ,,, technician was sent 1 week past no feedback only today decided to do a follow up as I’ve been waiting no update or call from them ,,, technician tells me that they couldn’t get the part that needs to b installed and this was removed from him we need to find out from Game What the F,,,,k I call at game was placed on hold not even a callback as I decided to end the call as I’ve been holding this is out I don’t want this machine anymore nizabona niyenza njani this is my money but I’m not getting any Joy
