Not the a 'GAME'

Game in someset mall is beyond frustrating! I have constant arguments with them about incorrect pricing of products which you only realize half of the time once it's rung off. I bought an item marked at R13 two days ago and it was rung off at R20. She I asked the cashier about it i was simply told to go to customer care for a refund. I think this is ridiculous as it's common practice at this store and a person doest have time to go to customer services and wait for refunds in their lunch times after already standing how long in a queue as there is only 3 tellers open in peak times. They also need to address the state of their trolleys which are in shambles!!! They are covered in all sorts of stuff like, paint food and dirt, they are also held together with tape, cable ties and wire.

This is disgusting!!! Game needs to look into this and rectify the issues
