NOT SURPRISED!!!!

I wish I could say I was shocked at the service that Game provides but in actual fact Im not surprised at all. The store in Kenilworth is an absolute JOKE!!! As someone that has been in retail and someone that knows what customer service should be Im absolutely disgruntled.

My laptop was faulty and I brought it back in order for it to be sent away and looked at, unfortunately I didnt have the slip but had proof that I had bought it on my husbands account. They said I needed a slip so they then said that they needed to obtain one and it would take up to 5 days. I was reassured and promised not to be let down and that the women who works there promised to call me. Having been let down so many times by this store I was weary but again I was promised she would call and that I can trust her. Well surprise surprise no phone call its been over a week.

Game!!!! Get your act together this is totally unacceptable, reading other reviews surely you would retrain your staff or hire new ones that actually want/need a job that would be happy to be there.

The staff are always in groups chatting or as Ive seen in many times or on their phones talking to their friends. This is unacceptable!!!!
