Not satisfied with quality of product

About two weeks ago, I bought a brand new silver Russell Hobbs dishwasher at Game.<br> <br> We connected the dishwasher, and put it to the test. We previously had a Defy, so we basically know how a dishwasher works.<br> <br> Much to our disappointment, we saw that after every wash (no matter on what cycle/program you put the dishwasher), all the dishes were still wet.<br> <br> At this stage I am very disappointed and unsatisfied, as we spend almost R3000, and what is the use of having a dishwasher, if you might as well wash & towel dry the dishes yourself.<br> <br> Please explain what I can do.<br> <br>
