Game menlyn is in the business of deceiving customers I bought a washing machine on the 10th September 2023 cash. Only to be given a second hand machine without consultation. I wanted to buy something different but because the only one that was left was the one on show I told them I didn’t want it I want something brand new. I was convinced to buy something else which was expensive than what I wanted, I was sold bought it only for them to give me a second hand machine. Yes the machine smelled of washing powder and was licking but I gave them the benefit of doubt until I tried linking it to my device guess what it informs me that it was already linked to someone else. Totally unacceptable and the purchase was not on good faith why wasn’t I consulted in this?
