Not honouring price beat

I went to game on the 20 Feb 2023 at 12:30 to purchase a set of headphones. I found the headset cheaper at Incredible Connection: https://www.incredible.co.za/pdp-gaming-lvl40-wired-stereo-headset-for-xbox for R250.00 The price at game was R850.00 I showed the manager the link above According to him (Lee at Cresta branch, Johannesburg) the item was returned/damaged I contacted Incredible Connection and have on chat that this is not the case. I have a recorded chat of this. I spoke to Njabulo. NB: Your call centre agent advised I should send a mail to ***, however that email does not work.
