Not Honoring Black friday deal

Made an online purchase for four Gazebo's and two chairs yesterday. To my surprise i just received an e-mail from Anthia Oliver stating my refund will take 3-5 days. I did not ask for a refund, i want what i ordered.

Looking at some posts below i am not the first client you are doing this to, honor your commitment without throwing some loophole at it and i will continue shopping with you.
