Not happy with Westgate's Game customer service

I went to Game Westgate on Saturday 20/08/2022 to purchase Explora 3B, I was there for more than 20 minutes without any help, I asked one of the guys on the floor who was by the TV section as to who can help me with my purchase and he pointed me to some other guy who had a long queue behind him. I left there without being assisted.
