NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE

I ordered TV online on the 9th of December, when I was opening the box, the was no manual, no remote, no *****s to connect the tv legs, the tv doesn't have plug its just blank, I've been calling almost everyday to have the issue resolved but till today nothing game has done they came to collect the TV as I asked but didnt bother to deliver another TV or refund my money, each and everyday I'm calling Game online wasting my airtime yet no one gives me concrete feedback regarding my order, I'm still seating with no television nor refund
