Not happy with the service from Game

I'm really getting annoyed with the service from Game Canal Walk, no one is getting back to me with regards to my 28liter defy microwave which I sent back 2nd time on the 9th February which was more than 2 weeks ago. I have no microwave, if they can't fix it why won't they just refund me ...service is really poor ...
