Not happy with the service

Unhappy with the service received regarding the fridge I purchased on the 05 June 2024 its not working I logged a call on the 24 Oct 25 it only worked for 2 weeks. I logged a call again on the 19 Nov 2025 its not fixed yet I did follow ups with no luck. Can they please refund me or exchange the fridge.
