Not happy with Game store service

I bought a washing machine and it concrete is eroded. I requested a return on the 8th of June 2023, till today they haven't attended to the matter. They keep on saying, they are investigating investigating. I really don't understand what they are investigating because they sent a rep to view the machine and I still told them they must come fetch but keep on saying they are investigating.
