Not happy with custom service

Bought a phone at game. 1st of all the return policy in store are not the same return policy on the back of your slip. I bought a Hisense phone and gave me problems, not even a month of purchase. Took the phone back. No refund and phone needs to go for assessments for a whole 21 days. Mara when I bought my phone cash, it took a few minutes to pay them. Now I'm without a phone and there is no feedback from game store. Game in Zevenwacht mall is the worst, when it comes to custom service. What am I suppose to do now
