Not happy

I recently bought a new fridge from Game in West Street in Durban. I was very disappointed with being told that I'd have to organize my own transportation of the fridge and that I'd also have to fetch it from their warehouse, which is quite a distance away, because they don't offer delivery because of their "system". I don't understand how they're not offering delivery for furniture and appliances when their website claims they do. Or why their "system" somehow doesn't allow them to book deliveries. And the fact that I had to incur extra costs, due to having to fetch it from the warehouse, when I was buying it and paying for it at the store, was very annoying. And the way everything was "explained" was so "take it or leave it" I was unhappy, I won't lie. I ended up spending way more than I had anticipated.
