Sir / Madam<br> unplug the extension cord I noticed the reset /overload switch was out / activated. I turned off the generator. <br> I the plugged the tv back into the wall socket and the tv made a loud popping sound. The tv did not turn on. The fan worked. The decoder and the DVD player's light are coming on but I cannot test the items as I have a non working TV.<br> Here is the problem, I am staying at a B&B and the TV belongs to the B&B. <br> After talking with the Game manager mrs. Unatha on the phone, I was called back by a mr. Kotze. He said a technician would have to come out to check everything. This was still 12/2/15. I spoke with the mgr. Unatha again 13 Feb. And she informed me Mr Kotze would call me on Sat. of course this did not happen. So on Mon. 16 Feb I drove to Game to find out what is happening. I was informed he was still arranging the technician. I went back to the store on the 18 Feb. I was told the technician is to busy and cannot come out. So I got the technician's information and took the generator to him the same day. I was informed by the technician that there is nothing wrong with the generator and it cannot damage the tv.<br> I then took the generator back for a refund, th
