Not getting what you pay for

I purchased an aircon from Game Clearwater a while ago. When the installer came out to install the unit, he found that the unit in the box had been installed previously, there was no remote, bracket and the wiring was still attached from the previous installation. This means that Game is selling second hand units instead of brand new units.
