Not GAME to shop at GAME !!

I don't even know where to start with this review. We went to the Mall just after New Year 2020 looking for a game and egg timer. No staff around so we started walking the isles looking for toys/games. We finally found it and then started to hunt for an egg timer. Unfortunately we were unable to find it in the kitchen Isle and started looking for staff to assist us. I spotted one woman with a black Golf Shirt and know that this is the store's colour, but she was reading their latest catalogue so I was unable to see the badge. I approached her and asked whether she worked there to which she rep**** yes but still kept reading. We then finally lost a bit of the New Year cheer and asked her about the egg timer. An item that she had no idea existed and started chatting to one of the other staff to ask her. She also had no idea what we were talking about and we just left. Shame on you, Game and Management of the specific store. If Management does not care, it seems the rest of the staff doesn't either.
