Not fami**** with product and cut off

No luck trying to get info about the Peppa Sleeper Couch. The person did not understand and wanted my cell phone. Tried contacting Cynthia twice and both times was disconnected. I held on and the call was returned to the board and then I was cut off. Not sure if there is still stock and if not can I order and get at same price when there is stock R2 299.00. I am not in a hurry and would prefer to wait a few weeks as I have not yet finished the room where it will be put. Cynthia is an asset to Game and amazing even when it is obvious that she is busy.
