Not exchangine a faulty LG Fridge

i purchased a cash LG fridge at Game opposite Southgate. Since I received the fridge the top door does not close properly, there is a gap at the bottom of the rubber. I reported it immediately to Game stores. The man who came to check the fridge out asked for my hairdryer to blow on the rubber. I phoned the Manager at Game stores. He promised to send somebody out to swop the fridge. Nothing has been done to date. I used o buy all my appliances at Game but I am perturbed and disgusted about the experience I had.
