Not Debiting my Account

Since April Game did not Debit my account they keep calling to make payment but they dont Debit then they say i must make an EFT payment and its not my responsibility to make an EFT if they dont Debit my account, there was no changes they just completely ignore the fact that nothing on my account has changed and why they stopped Debiting my account i dont know and for them to keep troughing a blind eye and still not doing Debits and keep calling is starting to annoy me.
