Not CPA compliant

I bought some monster high make-up sets formy kids which had a price tag of R5 above it. When I got to the tills it scanned a different price. The supervisor told me that it was the wrong price, she spoke to the store manager who said that he could not give it to me even though they had made a mistake with the pricing. Why do I constantly have to have this issue with eastgate branch. You are not CPA compliant. Do I need to contact your ceo once again over this poor service?
