Not consulting us with washing machine se sold us

Saterday 2.8.2015 we have a look at Game for a washing machine, We saw a washing machine what we want.the man who we spoke to said he have in stock and will hold one for us till wednesday 5.8.2015.After we tel the lady today 5.8.2015 that was the washing machine we want. pointed it to her and tell her we was there Saterday and the man said there was stock he would hold one for us..i left and leave my husband to complete the sale.He paid and drive to the collection dept.When they load the machine he saw its not the one we would wanted to buy.When she come she said there was no stock and decide on her own to sell this one to use not consulting us. this is poor service all was done paid load,just thinking of reverse everything all that trouble,will take ages to do. my husband phoned me and tel me the story, i am so disappointed we decide keep the dam thing and he returned home with something we was not really satisfied with.Absolute poor service.I am not absolute sure of her name<br>
