Not Complying to Warranty Promise

Bought a Trimtech Petrol Lawnmower at Game on 22 Mar 14 with a 1 year warranty after my previous Lawnmower had it's days after 16 years of service. Maintained and used the Lawnmower according the owners manual and kept it clean and indoors when not used. I Serviced the machine after the winter and used as normal. One day the machine died and I could not get it to run. I think the machine seized? Took it back to Game on 7 Feb 15 (within warranty). <br> <br> The feedback was that it is beyond economic repair and that I also could not receive a refund because the Company that had to repair it said it was due to customer abuse? What a load of ****!!!! I insisted that I was not satisfied. Customer service said ,well then I must phone the repair company and ask them. I explained that I wanted answers either from Game or Trimtech, not a third party (unknown lawnmower man). I bought the Machine from Game!<br> <br> After two more trips to Game (100km) and telephonic conversations explaining that they were waiting for their Branch manager to make a decision, I received a call again on 10 March to inform me that I cannot be refunded nor receive a replacement. <br> <br> Will never buy anything from Game again
