Not compensated yet due to bad service
Good-day<br> <br> Please take note that I am requesting compensation for for fuel money amounting to R400, as I had to drive from Bay side to Stellenbosch and then to Somerset Mall. I drove from Athlete to Somerset Mall, 3 times back and forth, for this putrid service. <br> <br> Thus far people are just blaming each other, but no solution is provided to who been inconvenienced. The Sales Manager of Game Somerset Mall (Chantel) called me to apologise and also to offer me R120. I've told her that it is simply not enough. On top of this, she wants me to drive till there to collect it. She promised me that she will go back to her superiors about my request. <br> <br> Thus far I have not heard from the other branches.
