not adhering to their policies
<p>i recently visited Game west street.</p> <p>game has a POLICY where if you find an item cheaper somewhere else they will beat the price.</p> <p>dischem had the purity 3rd foods for 5for R50.00</p> <p>game had them for R12.99</p> <p>when i called the supervisor they responded by telling me that they dont beat bundles.</p> <p>no where on the BEAT THE PRICE POLICY does it state they dont beat bundle deals.</p> <p>this is misleading your customers.</p> <p>i asked to speak to the manager of the store but they said he was in a meeting.</p> <p>i stood for close to an hour waiting for your supervisors.</p> <p>shopping at your store was such a waste of time as you guys dont keep to your word of the policy.</p> <p>i am highly disappointed at the way your supervisors on duty handled the situation as they tried to make it seem like i was stupid and didnt understand what they were saying.</p> <p>but my point is your policy does not state that you dont do bundle deals so i should have been given the purity at the price that dischem had it for.</p> <p> </p> <p>totally dissatisfied.</p>
