Not a satisfied customer and yet am loyal

<p>i have an account with Game store and last year i bought a samsung phone on 25 November 2016 Friday and the phone was working fine and after a week it gave me a proble, it will automatically go off and was slow and it still is slow in internet as well as the pads. After 2 weeks after the 16th I went to Game in Boulders and spoke to a lady who did not want to give me her name and I explained whats wrong with the phone and i asked if i could get another phone as I bealive its part of their terms and condition that if you are not satisfied with the product you can return or exchange but she refused and therefore directed me to a guy called Mkhulu"thats what they call him" he was Rude I tell you so Rude that I wanted to speak to their manager, she also said that they cant help me or exchange they will have to take my phone to Mtn and will only get my phone in January.. Am still using the same phone as I didnt get the satisfying service as expected since am their client and bought the phone in the same store and am still not satisfied by this phone that am using.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>Not satisfied!</p>
