Not a nice consultant

Good afternoon

First when credit is due you need to say it, opened my account lackside mall and the lady helping me from the TV counter was amazing. Everything went well she told me I can get my card closer to were I stayed. Today I went to carnival mall to pick up my card there was a lady opening her account but she didn't have all her documents. I requested that the lady to was helping her to help me out first while the lady was busy collecting her stuff and the customer was willing to start again, the lady told me no she is not willing to close her system I have to wait until she is done with her. I asked how long she didn't have an answer. I just made a decision now if I have to deal with this kind of people I don't think I need this card anymore. She was rude and not willing to listen to any advice from anyone.
