Not a happy customer

I have been very patient with Game and RCS, This has been going on for far to long

1. I want an explanation of how they added insurance without her consent. 2. How will that insurance be cancelled. 3. Who will cover the charges of the insurance that was added without her consent.

Should we not receive any assistance by he end of this week then I will be forced to go to ombudsman.
