Nonsense service

Bought the stove online and when I saw there was no response I used their chat service only to find that it was out of stock and they said money will be reversed back into my account its been more than 48hours now since I waited for my money. Why didn't they do an instant eft back into my account like I did when I paid for the stove? When I make follow up they keep saying they will get back to me, now the sale I saw somewhere else is ending what must happen?
