Nonsense service

From yesterday I have been calling game regarding their special on the Defy 14kg washing machine and today finally I get through and told I should fetch it my self from the warehouse by a lady from game ellof steet, them called mall of the south and they keep dropping the call, I am not happy at all with the poor service that u as such a big shop are giving what is the use of the special if I have to get transport to germiston where else I am situated in the vaal game at vaal mall also told me the same that I should fetch the machine my self this is stupid
