Nonsense

I had ordered a Bluetooth speaker online on the 1st of July 2020 scheduled for delivery between 10 - 14 working days. Today ( 22 July 2020) I receive an email confirming cancelation of my order which I didn't request. I had emailed them requesting communication about the order on the 12th of July 2020. They did not mention anything to me of a refund nor did I give them any communication to cancel my order.

Almost a month waiting and waiting only to get an email stating a cancelation of my order.
