Non-Service

Wow! I cannot begin to describe the level of service I received at Game this morning.

Firstly, I would like to point out that Game is by far the worst store ever. Last week I went to the Game website and saw Dumbbells for R799.00 (Item no. ***1). I tried to buy them online but I keep getting this message “Due to very high volumes, we’re experiencing some delays with deliveries and in our call centre. We are working hard to resolve this and will be back to normal soon.”

So today I drove all the way to South Gate only to be told that they don’t have dumbbells. I wanted the ones I saw online not those stupid ones they are selling there. You know this is the same thing that happened when I purchase an XboxOne and I received my controller after week.

Can I please get assistance and I DEMAND to be compensated for all the inconvenience caused?
