I made an online purchase on November 30th. After completing the payment, I was provided with a delivery date of December 2, 2024. However, on December 1st, I received a SMS notification indicating that the delivery would be made on that day. Despite this, the delivery was not fulfilled.
On 2nd December, I received another message stating that the delivery would be made. However, by the end of the day, the delivery had not occurred.
Emailed customer service and web support to check delivery status of an online order. No response received.
This will be my initial and final purchase with Game
