Non-existent service form Game online!

They actually do not even deserve 1 star!

We placed an order online as none of the stores apparently had stock at that stage of a Scarla Desk for R999.00 Order details #*** (placed on Fri May 08 10:16:43 SAST 2020). After some calls and numerous emails - On the 21st of May received an email stating the following - Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and its making its way to you. Our courier partner will contact you soon with your tracking information.

On the 25th of May we send an mail stating that the delivery was still not received!

On the 26th of May we received the following email - Kindly be advised that your order should be delivered by tomorrow, which was the 27th supposedly. Only to receive the delivery that afternoon, DAMAGED. Ever since we have had issues in returning the item.

We first wanted it replaced and then decided to rather take the refund as a replacement is more of an issue then anything else.

To date the item has not been collected not has our refund that was requested on the 3rd of June been paid back.

I will NEVER support Game Stores online again!
