Non existent P8 Lite

I saw an advert from Game stores online for a P8 Lite on special for R2999. I was excited to go purchase the phone CASH but to my dismay on Friday afternoon, I went to the Game Stores Lakeside Mall Centurion and the lady at the cellphone section advised they don't have stock yet for the phone to try other branches of which I did but after going to 5 different malls and returning to the same mall Sunday afternoon, the same excuse was given and they have the phone on special until 04 August 2015. I don't see what the point was for the store to advertise a phone they know they do not have yet.
