non-existent customer service-Useless company

I placed my order on the 12th of July and the expected delivery date was for the 19th of July(yesterday) - short story the customer service @ Game is pathetic. I have not received my order,I have not received an update or feedback on any of my emails sent in the past 3 working days. They just cancelled one of the products on my list without explination - I found out it was as it was out of stock.

No communication from Game's side. They couldn't care less about customer service. I am pretty irritated with this whole situation as I ensured to place my order more than a week ago to ensure I receive it before the 20th. Game couldn't care about the delivery date.

It's a nightmare - I wouldnt use their services again even if someone paid me to. I would also not reccomend Game to anyone - not worth the frustration and the energy. There are much better stores to shop at that actually has customer service.
