Non existent client service
<p>Will not go back to Game Tygervalley anytime soon. Appalling "client service" after waiting 20 min for someone to assist - when the guy actually gets to us he acts like we disturbed him and he was no help at all! I left with a very bitter taste in my mouth and not wanting to return to this store again. I mean standing in the aisle for 20 min as a pregnant woman then still nto been helped - Game you should really get your staff under control---or send them for soft s****s</p>

I am really sadden by your experience you had at our Game store recently and want to apologize for the level of service you got on that particular day which was really unacceptable in terms of our Game and Wal-Mart beliefs and values. We at MDD strive to create a friendly and inviting experience for all our customers. Senior Management will investigate this matter and corrective action will be taken.

Game stores should stop fooling themselves- im not sure how you can be affliaited with a superstore such as Wal mart which is amazing by the way as i have had the pleasure of shopping there myself. Your service and store is nothing like Wal mart-does not even come close and it actually gives Walmart a bad name...but hey why should use care as long as your store still makes the money you want who cares about what South African consumers are actually saying and what their needs are, Tha one day i went to 4 different Games looking for one product- pathetic that you dont even even have enougth products in your store. Ever sorry i actually opened an account at this sote- but we all learn from our mistakes...will never recommend shopping at GAME to anyone
