Non Delivery of Purchased Goods

I purchased a washing machine from Game Stores Rosebank on the 27th of November 2017 and it was meant to be delivered on the 2nd of December 2017. I called the store on the 4th of December 2017 only to be told that the Warehouse had washing machines which had wrong plug they will have to be returned to Samsung and the sales assistance promised to call me on the 8th of December 2017. Received a call from the Store only to be told that Samsung is waiting for the Shipment . How could they not know the features of the products that they have on display for sale to the customers. On a sad note l have to wait for the Samsung shipment yet l have paid the store for a product which they sold to me with the belief that they had the right stock at their warehouse. This shows of bad customer service Game Store Rosebank .
