Non Delivery of Online Order!

Placed an order with Game stores on the 8th April 2020 snd to date received no order or any form of communication regarding the order. In addition to that, placed an order on the 15th April 2020 which I received 2 days later with an item missing from the order. Logged 3 support tickets with no feedback and spoke to an agent via the online chat feature who promised a call back at the end which I am still waiting for. This is now beyond ridiculous considering the lockdown and that the items ordered are and still are marked "essential". Worst service experienced ever in my life from a local retailer.
