Non delivery of fridge by Game

On the 27 June 2020 I wrote a review on the non delivery of a fridge bought from Game online on 8 June 2020. I have received no response to my request to have this item, for which I have been charged, delivered. Nobody contacted me. I have phoned twice after my review was published and yet no fridge. Game is disgraceful in their customer service. I cannot even get this purchase cancelled. I'm going to the ombudsman next. I will never ever purchase from this company again. Almost a month of waiting Brent Julies
