Non compliance of new regulations

We visited Game Store Mall@Reds 1 May (after the wearing of masks became mandatory) and customers was allowed in the store by security without masks. My husband immediately informed one of the staff members that the gentlemen was not wearing a mask. After we entered the store the gentlemen as still walking around the store without a face mask. I noticed that a couple of colour entered the store and the manager (Mr. Sasa) immediately rushed to them and asked them to exit the store as they are not wearing masks. I asked him why he is allowing some customers in the store without masks but for some it is not permitted? He informed me that he is not the police and it is not his job to do the work for law enforcement. That he will wait for the police to "come and tell the people to wear masks". I contacted head office about this matter and received a call from Johan Bosch. He informed me that Game cannot deny access to customers if they do not wear masks and if people want to enter not wearing protective mask they can. That he spoke to the Game attorneys and that it is actually Mall@Reds responsibility to ensure that customers wear masks. Passing the blame much? At the entrance to the store you have a "Right of Admission" board. In other words you actually do have the right to deny access to any customer. The wearing of masks became mandatory and I will gladly forward you the links of this if you wish? Why is Game allowed to make rules of their own and not comply with the new regulations? Since wearing of masks is only a "regulation" (stated by Mr. Bosch) why do you go through the effort of complying to not selling non essential items stated by the Covid-19 "regulations"? How can you choose to comply in one aspect of the regulations but not the other?
