Non-communication and Horrific Service at Game

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've just received at your Fourways branch. I was interested in the OVHD Decoder special priced at R499. I required two of these units. I was advised by the Cresta Shopping Mall branch that they did not have stock, however, they checked the system and verified that Fourways Mall did have stock.<br> <br> Upon reaching Fourways, I was passed around from consultant to consultant. One whom said that they have three units in stock, and that I should chat to the gentleman in DSTV section of the store. Upon my arrival, that consultant told me that they were out of stock, and he proceeded to tell me that I \should've have come earlier". I then asked him if he could kindly check which branches do have stock"
