Non allocation of funds

December 2019 I took a credit card with Game. I bought a fridge that same. I continued paying my account via debit order. So June I paid R200 via EFT but the money was not allocated to my account with the proof of payment emailed to them. I then made another payment of R4000 in July 2020 again my money was not allocated to my account, its 2021 my money is still not reflecting on my account. I am stressed because I wanted to finish this account by January but no luck. They are charging interest on the wrong amount. My partner does not trust me anymore about the story. I have called, went to game stores emailed but they keep on saying they have escalated my query but up to this day. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It pains me to go through this trying to pay my accounts but their incompetency is causing me pain and suffering. I am ANGRY
