Nomthandazo Cynthia Ndlovu (manager) - Game Jabulani Mall worst nightmare
Nomthandazo Cynthia Ndlovu, my worst nightmare. I’ve never seen a manager so *********** and rude like her. 03 July I complained about their phone ringing and not being picked up and I had to drive 30 mins to find the washing machine I need was not in stock. Her response was “you are here now, so it’s not important anymore”. What manager responds like this to a customer. I even hate that I paid R6.5K to support that particular store that day even after such a bad service. She even gave me her name with pride to report her.

27 Nov 2024, 15:36I’m still waiting to hear what action was taken here: Game Jabulani keeps treating customers like **** while their management protects them. I don’t know what I was thinking going back there today to see the same ****ty behaviour from a whole another manager again!!! CIRCUS!!! CIRCUS!!!! CIRCUS!!!!! That’s why my advise going foward drive out of Soweto if you want to experience good customer service. Let their stores suffer until they decide to close down!!
