No1 knows when stock arrives

<p>I purchased a the JVC 65" Smart UHD LED on 18 Novemer 2016 from Game Pavillion ans was told that they are currently out of stock but will receive stock before 10 December 2016. Since 10 December I have contacted this store but no one can assist with a eta of stock. 3 calls - 10, 13 & 15 December. Today I call at 11:30 and was promised a call back in the next few minutes but no call received. Can anyone from Game advise me with an ETA or whether I should cancel this agreement and request my refund. Honest Communication should be a part of Game's customer service experience.</p>
